Liverpool Stepped Up Chase for Tijuana Prodigy Gilberto Mora Amid Arsenal Competition

Liverpool have intensified their pursuit of one of international football's most exciting young talents, opening direct talks with Club Tijuana and representatives of attacking midfielder Gilberto Mora ahead of the upcoming January transfer window.

The Merseyside club has joined a fierce race for the 18-year-old Mexican sensation, with Premier League rivals Arsenal also remaining heavily in contention. Tijuana has set an asking price of around £30 million (approximately €35 million), a fee that would break records and establish Mora as the most expensive outgoing transfer in Liga MX history.
