Massimiliano Allegri's Future at Napoli Under Scrutiny Following Difficult Start

Napoli's start to the season has fallen well short of expectations, as they have managed just 10 points from their first seven Serie A matches to sit ninth, alongside Champions League defeats to Villarreal and Arsenal. Massimiliano Allegri arrived last summer to build a competitive squad, but his failure to do so is reportedly frustrating the club's hierarchy.

According to Sky Sports, while an immediate dismissal is not yet under consideration, doubts are beginning to mount within the management. With a tense atmosphere lingering behind the scenes, upcoming fixtures against Bødo/Glimt in Europe and Roma in domestic play could prove decisive for the Italian manager's future.
