Real Madrid Defeat Sevilla Comprehensively Thanks to Mbappe Brace and Guler Goal

Following their European success, Real Madrid returned to La Liga action with a commanding victory over a resilient Sevilla side at the Santiago Bernabeu. With Vinicius Junior suspended, head coach Carlo Ancelotti handed starts to Endrick and deployed Fede Valverde at right-back. The hosts broke the deadlock through a brilliant goal by Arda Guler, before Kylian Mbappe finished off a stellar team move involving Jude Bellingham to double the lead.

In the second half, Mbappe added his second of the night with a cheeky Panenka penalty. Although Manu Bueno pulled one back for the visitors, a stunning strike from Yan Diomande sealed a resounding win for Los Blancos, who also welcomed back Eder Militao from a long-term injury.
