Jose Mourinho's Future at Real Madrid Under Threat Ahead of El Clasico

According to journalist Jorge Picon, Real Madrid head coach Jose Mourinho's position could be in serious jeopardy if his side loses the upcoming El Clasico. Some members of the club's board are reportedly losing faith in the Portuguese manager's ability to restore stability and build a team capable of challenging Barcelona and contending for the Champions League title.

Should a managerial change occur mid-season, the club is already eyeing long-term targets. Picon points to Como coach Cesc Fabregas and Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta as the two primary candidates whom Real Madrid's leadership is closely monitoring for the future.
