Valencia CF Sells 42% Stake to Pitchwise Holdings in Major Investment Deal

Valencia CF has announced a major ownership milestone after selling a 42% stake in the club to Pitchwise Holdings, a consortium led by experienced sports executives Ann Rodriguez and Corey Woolfolk alongside institutional investors. Meriton Holdings will remain the majority shareholder, with Kiat Lim continuing his role as club president as part of the new ownership alliance.

The transaction values Valencia at 1.25 billion euros, with Pitchwise injecting 100 million euros in new capital directly into the club. This immediate financial boost is set to be deployed toward club operations and strategic growth projects as the Spanish side prepares for a new chapter in its history.
