Real Madrid Monitor Tottenham Defender Valued at 88 Million Euros

The 27-year-old Spanish defender played a pivotal role in his country's World Cup victory, scoring two goals including an unforgettable strike in the semifinal against France. Despite recently extending his contract with Tottenham and making four appearances under Roberto De Zerbi, reports have suggested that the player harbors doubts about the long-term project in North London.

According to Football Insider, the defender is eager to return to La Liga as soon as the right opportunity arises, placing Real Madrid on high alert. However, extracting him from the Premier League side will not be easy, with Tottenham prepared to demand around 88 million euros. Although Real Madrid already boasts right-backs like Trent Alexander-Arnold and Denzel Dumfries alongside Fede Valverde's versatility on the flank, Los Blancos remain open to making a move if the right conditions are met.
