Arsenal, Manchester United, and PSG Target Porto Right-Back Alberto Costa

Following their Premier League triumph and strong European campaign, Arsenal's hierarchy continues working behind the scenes to elevate Mikel Arteta's squad. The latest name on their radar is 23-year-old FC Porto right-back Alberto Costa.

According to *Fussball News*, the London club is prepared to push hard to secure an advantage in the race for the defender. However, competition is fierce, with Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain also monitoring the situation.
